The room was uncomfortably cold upon arrival, and we had to run the heater all night. Bedding was minimal, which wasn't sufficient for a cold night. The lack of toiletries like shampoo and conditioner was disappointing.

The room itself was beautifully maintained and a nice size with an awesome shower, comfy beds, wine glasses as advertised.

Well, Wi-Fi didn't work.

All in all - had a wonderful 1 night stay. I booked family room with cutlery, wine glasses, for instance. The staff was best, smart, and everything was good. Magnificent and incredible location very close to shops and restaurants made it easy to get to key attractions.

All fine, but no insect screens.

This hotel was nice place for exploring San Remo, loved it. The location is absolutely good because it's just next door to everything. Worth its 3 stars.

Check-in was confusing!!! Some windows lacked insect screens. Rattling doors from the wind added to a loud night from the nearby bottle shop!!! Lots of room for improvement here!!!

Loved the spacious Family Room with Bathroom. The beds were super comfortable, and the electric blankets were a lifesaver during the chilly nights. Proximity to lovely cafés and restaurants made dining easy. It's a short drive to the Penguin Parade from here, so that was a huge plus. On the downside, I faced a couple of issues. Confusing check-in process, as I had to figure out it was at the bottle shop next door. It got a bit loud at night due to the nearby bottle shop. The door rattled all night because of the wind, which affected my sleep a bit. I enjoyed my stay and would return, but I hope they address a few of these concerns.

Clean rooms, great beach access. Wi-Fi could be improved, though.

I loved the spacious family room with electric blankets that kept us warm during the chilly nights. The location is perfect. It's just a hop away from the beach. The kids had a blast at the nearby playground after a fantastic dip in the ocean!

We had a fantastic time here, especially enjoying the daily clean rooms and some delicious meals at the on-site restaurant. The beach access was perfect for lounging in the sun, and the pool provided a great spot for relaxation after a day of exploring. Just a minor note, the shower could use a bit more water pressure, but it didn't take away from our overall experience at all. 😊

This place suits me perfectly! I enjoy the free Wi-Fi, parking, and the cute bar area. The staff once helped me with exchanging money. I'll definitely return for my business trip!

The location was ideal for exploring Phillip Island, with warm beds and good parking right outside. Though the lack of insect screens made us shut the windows at night, the spacious and renovated room surprised us positively. A comfortable stay worth considering for another visit.

Just an optimal selection for a weekend stopover in San Remo with great value for the money. I loved the spacious room which allowed us to spread out comfortably. Make sure to check the hot water situation before bathing.
